Welcome. I am a religion teacher at an Episcopal School in Texas. I am blessed to be able to observe the conversations with God of children who range in age from three to thirteen. Watching the work of the children is like having the veil over the kingdom of God lifted, so that just for a second, my eyes can see the kingdom present and alive all around us. In this blog I explore and meditate upon the revelations of God which the children offer as gifts to all who wait and watch in hope.

  1. Hi there, just found your site. Thankyou. Very helpful article on “can it be plastic”
Do you have any articles on the place of ‘real’ lit candles in the atrium. We are having liability issues with our Catholic Education Office concerned about the use of Candles in the room.

    • Camille,

Thank you for your comments and question. I haven’t written one yet, but because of your question I have started drafting a blog post about this topic. Look again next Sunday; I hope to have it up by then.

  2. Thank you for your thoughtful posts. I will have the opportunity to go back to working with the 3-6 atrium group next year, and so I am trying to prepare for it. What a treat to read about your experiences.
